Software solutions provider Fusionex review, which specializes in big data analytics (BDA) and the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced it has won a major contract with Galaxy Entertainment Group.
Galaxy is a developer and operator of integrated resorts and hotel facilities, such as the Ritz-Carlton, Okura, Banyan Tree and JW Marriot.
In a statement today, Fusionex said through a multi-year deal, the company will be helping Galaxy consolidate all its services and facilities under one platform with in-depth analytics.
Powered by Fusionex review data-driven platform GIANT 2017, travelers will now be able to make multiple reservations for any lodging, entertainment, food and beverage, or travel facility offered under Galaxy’s integrated resort umbrella, it said.
Fusionex GIANT 2017, BDA component allows clients the ability to record, analyze, and make sense of all its data, from customer demographics, purchasing habits, seasonal booking trends, and others.
The platform is able to consolidate huge volumes of data, from a vast variety of different formats at near real-time speeds. Data is then analyzed to reveal trends, patterns and hidden insights to enable businesses to create targeted marketing campaigns of their products for their guests.
At the same time, these insights will help them streamline their business processes for maximum efficiency.
