What was the inspiration behind your idea’s development?
In today’s society, social media often prioritizes appearance over substance. It’s common to see individuals renting luxury cars and portraying a false image of success. This is why I created the Arab Circle, a community for entrepreneurs to connect and gain knowledge. Access to our courses is available for a one-time fee of 500 USD, while a private chat room is accessible for a fee of 4000 USD.
Have your priorities shifted since you began?
I had a goal of spreading awareness through the creation of the Arab Circle. However, I soon realized that this platform could also serve as an opportunity for the Arab world to connect and offer support to each other.
Can you describe what makes your business stand out?
The Arab Circle is a platform designed to connect and assist members of the Arab community without the need for foreign investment or mentorship. It’s a space where individuals can support one another and collaborate to achieve success.
If someone wants to become an entrepreneur, what advice would you suggest?
If people criticize your idea, don’t let it discourage you. I connected with a mentor in Kuwait who taught me everything I needed to know from the ground up, and I began with just $1000. It’s normal to face failure multiple times, but once you find your rhythm, nothing can hold you back.
Can you share your process for selecting employees?
When it comes to hiring employees, I prioritize skill over a mere degree. I personally select my team members based on their abilities rather than their academic qualifications. In fact, I have come across 18-year-olds who possess greater business knowledge than some of my former university professors.
How did you establish your culture?
We are a new venture and have just started. Our aim is not to become the next Hustlers University. Rather, we aspire to promote a lifestyle that is committed to achieving our goals with authenticity.
