I am enrolled in The George Washington University 6 Month cybersecurity boot camp to add value to my organization.

They should also lead by example, displaying integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic. Empathy and emotional intelligence are crucial for understanding and supporting team members. A successful leader empowers their team, delegates responsibilities, and recognizes and celebrates achievements. Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change are also essential in today’s dynamic business environment.

How do you approach problem-solving and decision-making?

When it comes to problem-solving and decision-making, I prefer a data-driven approach. I start by gathering relevant information and analyzing the situation from multiple perspectives. Brainstorming sessions with the team often lead to innovative solutions. I also consider potential risks and evaluate the long-term impact of decisions. If time permits, I sleep on essential findings to gain clarity and ensure a fresh perspective the next day. Collaborating with stakeholders and seeking input from subject matter experts are also valuable in making well-informed and thoughtful decisions.

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential for well-being and sustained productivity. I set clear boundaries between work and personal life to achieve this balance. I prioritize time for activities that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. Doing chores around the house is fun to me, strangely enough. I enjoy exercising & lately, I have been gardening more & trying out new restaurants around me. My fiancé & I are big foodies. I also am an avid gamer, I recently purchased a new Xbox, and I’ll usually fire it up on the weekends when my fiancé & I have some downtime.

How do you deal with ambiguity and uncertainty in a work situation?

Dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty requires adaptability and a positive outlook. When faced with uncertain situations, I first gather all available information and assess the potential outcomes and risks. I remain open to change and view ambiguity as an opportunity for creativity and innovation. Seeking input from team members and collaborating on possible solutions helps to minimize uncertainty. Additionally, I embrace a flexible mindset, recognizing that adjustments may be necessary as more information becomes available.

What are your long-term career goals, and how does this position align with them?

My long-term career goals revolve around continuous growth, professional development, and contributing to the success of a forward-thinking organization.
