Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Sun Vista Realty and Sun Vista Rentals have merged into the company, which allows the firm to expand its presence in Tampa Bay by adding two office locations along the beaches of Pinellas County to service customers. Sun Vista Realty is a highly respected firm in business for over 40 years in the area. The two owners, David Grieco and Michael Lynch, will remain active in the business as top sales professionals.
With this acquisition, the former sales office located at 19139 Gulf Boulevard and rental office at 19455 Gulf Boulevard, Suite 1 in Indian Shores, will now operate as Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. The real estate professionals formerly affiliated with Sun Vista Realty have joined the Premier Sotheby’s International Realty team as global advisors, further strengthening the company’s position as the Gulf Coast luxury real estate leader. With an annual closed sales volume of 10.7 billion in 2021, the firm is ranked among the largest real estate brokerages in the country by RealTrends and experienced an over-percent growth in sales volume year over year.
