C4 Behavioral Health Consulting is honored to have Jay Voigt join as Senior Consultant.
“I am honored to join the industry leaders providing behavioral health consulting at C4. I have always had a heart for vulnerable populations and developing people and programs in their service. As a senior consultant at C4, I will have the opportunity to help organizations internationally, developing solutions to the unique and complex problems faced by behavioral health organizations.” – Jay Voigt, Senior Consultant for C4
Jay’s mission is to “help organizations become employment destinations” through investing in the behavioral health workforce and in turn those served will achieve better outcomes. He acknowledges that organizational leadership is extremely demanding and support for executive leaders must be deliberate and external to the organization. Jay supports organizational change through executive coaching, leadership development, training, and implementation of evidence-based human capital management practices.
Jay’s 20-year behavioral health career spans almost every behavioral health sector, modality, and client population. Jay served as Executive Director for a nationally recognized child behavioral health continuum of care and Director of Operations at a healthcare system responsible for the Behavioral Health Service Line. Be it opening a satellite office, building a program as a startup, or starting up a hospital-wide addiction medicine service and fellowship program, Jay is eager to invest in helping organizations adapt to meet the evolving needs of clients in a financially sustainable manner.
Through Jay’s lived experience as a recovering drug addict with two decades of recovery, he understands service delivery from the customer perspective as well as that of the provider, management, and CEO. Throughout Jay’s career, he has and continues to serve on the board of directors for several behavioral health nonprofit organizations. He also is a presenter/speaker at national conferences for organizations like NAATP and NDAC.
“We are privileged to have Jay join our team and we look forward to the transformational leadership, skills, and experiences he brings to C4’s work and the communities our clients serve. Having worked with Jay for over 10 years, his authenticity, range, investment in people, and integrity of service to organizations are the hallmarks of his contribution to the behavioral health field.” – Jonathan P. De Carlo, CEO of C4 Consulting.
Jay and members of the C4 Consulting team will be attending the upcoming Rocky Mountain Symposium on August 5-7, 2022.
