ATS Technic, the UAE’s first independent EASA-certified provider of line maintenance and logistics services, has joined forces with ATS Maintenance, a prominent European MRO based in Denmark. This new strategic partnership is designed to bolster aircraft maintenance operations between Europe and the Middle East.
With matching names and aligned values, the collaboration between ATS Technic and ATS Maintenance aims to improve line maintenance services across both regions. The two companies have formalized their commitment through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), outlining plans to work together on line maintenance, resource sharing, and joint training programs. By pooling their technical know-how, this partnership is poised to enhance service quality, minimize aircraft downtime, and broaden their geographical service reach for clients.

A non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was reached during the 2024 MRO Europe event held in Barcelona, Spain. MRO Europe stands out as the premier gathering in the region for the commercial aviation aftermarket, drawing more than 10,000 attendees, including representatives from airlines, lessors, MROs, OEMs, suppliers, and industry experts. ATS Technic is among the exhibitors at this significant event.
