Finally, the much-awaited Non-fungible Token (NFT) collaboration between Japanese street artist Backside works and digital fashion label 1Block. The said collaboration is about to drop the first product, “Valiant Girl x Digital Sneaker.”
1Block has a US operation in Los Angeles and Japan operation in Tokyo. This Japanese digital fashion label is under the parent company 1SEC will collaborate with Backside works to offer the metaverse space NFT digital sneakers.
Both 1Block and Backside works will sell their digital sneakers on the popular NFT market platform OpenSea, starting February 22, 2022, to March 1, 2022. One of the best things about NFT is that it proves one-of-a-kind ownership of a sneaker and ties to its physical version.
Backside Works AIR SMOKE ZERO Valiant Girl x Digital Sneaker
Characterized by poses and facial expressions being taken out of day-to-day life, The Valiant Girls is a one-of-a-kind digital sneakers combining 1Block’s signature utility and Backside work’s “street x culture.”
The AIR SMOKE ZERO Valiant Girl x Digital Sneakers sales will end on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at 8 PM JST. Previously, AIR SMOKE 1 sold out in nine minutes, and the original AIR SMOKE ZERO series also sold out instantly.
AIR SMOKE ZERO is Japan’s first digital sneaker celebrating 1Block’s original creation. Aside from granting owners exclusive airdrops, this virtual sneaker is metaverse enabled. The sneaker also comes with an original avatar integration, which will be updated soon.

AIR SMOKE ZERO by 1Block x Backside works will be sold on the Ethereum blockchain on the OpenSea NFT marketplace.
Interested individuals participating in the AIR SMOKE ZERO auction have to use their digital wallets. Those wallets should hold Ethereum to use OpenSea. For example, they can use the MataMask.
From currency exchange, people must send Ethereum to MetaMask. However, they need to be extra careful not to leak their secret message or MetaMask password to anyone. When accessing OpenSea, they can visit opensea.io. From there, they need to click on the “My Account Settings,” which is located at the top page’s upper right-hand corner. Then, they will proceed to the sign-in screen to connect to MetaMask. After clicking on “Sign In,” they are ready to go.
People can participate in the auction. They can also win the NFT sneaker AIR SMOKE ZERO. They visit the purchase page. They can view the price history and current price alongside the NFT information.
Interested bidders have to click on the “Bid” option to decide what amount they want to bid. After the pre-set auction period, the winning bidder will be declared.
