Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Chip Dardaman has joined the company as chief financial officer. Based out of the brokerage’s Naples headquarters, he will report to President and CEO Budge Huskey. In this new role, Dardaman will provide financial oversight for the $7.1 billion company, the No. 2 affiliate in the Sotheby’s International Realty® global network.
An accomplished executive and certified public accountant, Dardaman brings a wealth of experience across multiple industries to this new role. After working as a controller with venture capital wireless companies, he transitioned into real estate and construction where he served as CFO and COO for over 15 years. Well-versed in both property management and brokerage, he also holds a Florida real estate license.
Dardaman earned an MBA from Mississippi College and a degree in accounting and management from Delta State University. He is also a member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants.
