Successful curvy influencer and model, here’s what his secret dream is:
Overwhelming energy, sympathy and a look that does not go unnoticed are the explosive ingredients that make Dennis Scuderi a very popular and successful character. Curvy model and influencer, Dennis at just 27 already has very clear ideas. His dream is to give voice to important social messages through his artistic talent, but also to enter the homes of Italians thanks to television. We caught up with him to find out more about his young career and future projects.
Hi Dennis, tell us how it all began
I am a curvy influencer and model. I wanted to do this mainly to break the mold and send a positive message as opposed to all the body shaming that unfortunately we see on social media. In Italy, the male figure of body positivity is not yet as well known as the female one, so I decided to give it a face and promote this important message. Popularity came by participating in a contest on social media, in which I won the title of Mister Ciccio Bello of Italy. They appreciated me a lot for my qualities of sympathy, but also as a speaker. Then, unfortunately, both due to the Covid period and due to an accident I had last July, I had to stop my business. Now, however, I am more ready than ever to make all my dreams come true.
Have you ever been bullied in the past?
Yes, it happened to me, especially during adolescence. But I was able to transform what happened to me into strength and I am very happy to see the positive feedback from people who appreciate my way of dealing with life. I believe that if you let yourself be put in a corner and stay there, then the fault is also a bit yours. We must always try to find a positive side in what happens to us and see everything as a challenge that leads us to be stronger and to bring out the best in ourselves.
Do you have any dreams in the drawer that you would like to realize?
I would very much like to introduce myself to the Italian public by participating in a reality show. If I had to choose, I would certainly participate in the Island of the Famous to get involved and show myself how I am to people. Beyond this I would love to create a singing project and give voice to two songs that I had written in the past, always to convey my social message. It would also be very nice to be able to be a columnist on current affairs and also work as a radio speaker. I also do not deny that one of my great dreams is to establish myself as an artistic character in Spain, I hope to be able to make this dream come true.
What message would you like to send to young people?
First of all, believe in yourself and never give up. Furthermore, I would like to say that to achieve goals, a lot of commitment and perseverance are needed. Fruits do not come if the plant has not been well grown, so be patient and persevering in making your dreams come true. Always remember to be yourself, each person is beautiful in its uniqueness.
