She has held leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies where she led diverse education, training, and change management programs. Notably, she served as the Business Manager of Worldwide Sales Operations at a Fortune 5 company, showcasing her skill in driving operational efficiency.
Since joining DDC in 2022, Jen has played a vital role in strengthening the company’s growth. Her accomplishments include orchestrating a multi-million-dollar acquisition and community enhancement initiatives that create job opportunities and promote revitalization.
