During her 18 years of experience in diplomacy with the United Nations, education with a renowned international university in Latin America, and consulting in China on HR topics, Raquel Ramirez, the founder of RR Consulting for Her, realized that some of the fundamental elements for a successful career were for women to become self-aware and find alternative ways to think, behave, feel and act in the workplace.
“The more I spoke with women from all over the world, I realized we have so many similar struggles both in life and in our careers. We often feel isolated or alone in facing these challenges, especially in our careers, because we are not sure who we can trust, or female competition-driven environments separate us, or are simply unaware of how many of us are living the same things or feeling the same way.”
