Equity Union has recently announced the appointment of Brandy Nelson as the Executive Director of its REO/Foreclosure Properties Division in the Coachella Valley. Brandy, together with her team, Brandy Nelson Associates, will be one of the firm’s key agents in its newly acquired Rancho Mirage branch.
Brandy is widely recognized as one of the most distinguished realtors in the valley, having consistently been included in Palm Springs Life’s annual Top Realtors list. She is a significant figure in the Commercial Real Estate industry and serves as the National Director of REObroker.com. Brandy is an esteemed icon in the REO and Foreclosure sector and is well-respected in the industry across all 50 states, not just in the Coachella Valley. In addition to being a broker, Brandy is also a CCIM candidate, Condo Specialist, and Land Specialist.
In 2022, Brandy successfully closed over $32 million in sales volume and 76 units.
