The Fragrance Creators Association has announced the successful conclusion of its participation in the World Perfumery Congress (WPC) held in Geneva, Switzerland. During the event, the association made a significant impact on the industry through a well-received panel discussion and by sponsoring personalized event bags.
The Fragrance Creators’ booth, designed with a “lounge” theme, became a popular destination for attendees, offering a unique blend of relaxation and industry insights. Visitors appreciated the luxurious massage chairs and personalized monogrammed bags, which created a welcoming environment for networking and collaboration.
A notable highlight of the congress was the panel led by Fragrance Creators. The lively discussions underscored the industry’s dedication to innovation and sustainability, demonstrating the collective expertise and commitment of the participants.
In addition to the panel, Fragrance Creators conducted an attendee survey during the event to identify emerging fragrance trends. With over 250 attendees participating, the survey provided valuable data that will shape future fragrance developments. The results revealed “passionflower” as the next trending home fragrance and “earthy/soil notes” as the winning scent for the fine fragrance category.
“We are thrilled with the overwhelming response to our booth and the high level of engagement at our panel discussion,” said Farah K. Ahmed, President & CEO of Fragrance Creators. “The enthusiasm and participation of attendees underscore the importance of inclusive approaches and the stewardship efforts championed by Fragrance Creators. WPC offers an incredible opportunity to connect with fragrance professionals, perfumers, and scent designers, making it an invaluable event for industry advocacy.”
The World Perfumery Congress (WPC) was attended by thousands of industry professionals from around the world. The strong participation and lively exchange of ideas have underscored the importance of events like WPC in advancing the fragrance industry.
