SME Malaysia has unveiled what it claimed to be the first-of-a-kind business ecosystem, called the SME Business Facilitation Hub.
Recognizing the need to support local SMEs due to increased competition, shifting market demands, and global trade complexities, the association said the hub aims to help SMEs maximize their business potential and equip them with cutting-edge solutions to overcome business challenges and operational constraints, principally by accelerating their digitalization.
SME Malaysia national president Ding Hong Sing said digital transformation is more important than ever and is an integral part of how SMEs can optimize their businesses and contribute to the growth of the nation’s economy.
