Jason Ng has been successfully running one of the premier real estate businesses in the Canadian city of Vancouver. While the veteran realtor grew up watching his family establish a firm grounding in the real estate sector, he had to invest much of his own hard work and energy to achieve the success he has today.
Jason Ng says that his family immigrated from Hong Kong in 1988 and set up their real estate practice shortly after. Ng says that he began helping his parents as a teen.
“My sister and I started helping our parents from the very beginning,” says Ng. After getting my driver’s license, I started driving my parents around when they were showing properties to their clients,” says Ng.
Jason Ng says his mother used to be the principal driver, but he took on the responsibility when he became an adult.
Jason Ng says the hard work, dedication and commitment he imbibed from his parents allowed him to build his own real estate practice.
The realtor says that being involved in the family business of real estate through their realty firm, Daylight Reality at an early age gave him valuable knowledge and insight into the Vancouver real estate market and surrounding areas.
“Being part of my dad’s showings and open houses over the past three decades, I gained valuable experience which has helped immensely in providing clients with the best service,” says Jason Ng.
Ng goes on to say that commitment and sincerity are the important aspects of real estate. These are qualities he has acquired from his parents who worked tirelessly over the years to establish a name for themselves in the Vancouver real estate sector.
“If I am helping my clients or friends, no matter who is buying or selling, I treat the job as if I am doing it for myself. Since buying or selling a property constitutes a very important decision in most people’s lives, I put myself in my clients’ shoes,” says Ng.
“We are part of the journey of our clients,” Ng adds.
Outlining his priorities, Jason Ng says that every buyer has their own unique priorities based on their individual needs and other constraints. He recognizes that most buyers have a fiscal threshold and aim to obtain the best deal which could yield profits in the future.
“Nobody would like to invest in a property which it would be difficult to dispose of when needed,” he quips.
Highlighting the basics of his business strategy, Ng says that he aims to provide sincere and candid advice to his clients keeping in view all these factors.
“I help them reach a correct and mature decision regarding their buying or selling in a professional manner. We at Daylight Reality act in our clients interest like friends,” he adds.
Ng is of the opinion that the trust that he has built with numerous clients after many successful deals has been one of the major factors of his success.
