Johnmichael Colón will bring “Pausa” his new show to Puerto Rico on November 10 in the Teatro Tapia in Old San Juan.
After presenting this motivational, musical and magical experience in the Dominican Republic, he feels anxious to present his new show in his native island Puerto Rico.
The show consists of real-life stories, reflections on those stories combined with live music. It’s an experience never seen before.
Asking Johnmichael how he came up with the idea, he said, “I just combine all the ways of communication that I enjoy and then discover that is a completely new thing. I feel very happy. I enjoy being vulnerable and help people by opening myself. “
Johnmichael did not study music, so it was easy to communicate his ideas to Jan Freytes, the music director.
“Jan is a genius, I still don’t know how he undeserves me, but he does. I feel very proud of what we have done.”
