Premier Sotheby’s International Realty has announced that a number of associates from its Florida and North Carolina offices have been named to the 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand and America’s Best Real Estate Professionals lists.
The RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand ranks the top 1,000 real estate professionals in the United States and comprises four categories: the top 250 agents by sides, top 250 agents by sales volume, top 250 teams by sides and top 250 teams by sales volume. Karen Van Arsdale of the Broad Avenue office in Naples was ranked No. 87 by individual sales volume; the Michelle Thomas Team of the brokerage’s Marco Island office was ranked No. 28 by large team sales volume. In addition, Michelle’s team was the only team in the Sotheby’s International Realty® global network to make the large team sides category, ranking at No. 59.
The 2022 RealTrends + Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list ranks the most productive agents and teams by state based on closed transaction sides and closed volume. The individuals and teams named on this prestigious list represent approximately 1.5% of 1.4 million real estate professionals in the United States. Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s global advisors dominated the luxury real estate market in their respective regions. The Michelle Thomas Team is the No. 3 large team in Florida and No. 2 in Naples. Michelle’s team was also ranked No. 4 in sales volume for Florida and No. 1 in Naples. Karen Van Arsdale is No. 17 in Florida for individual sales volume and No. 4 in Naples. In Orlando, Night-Pinel was ranked No. 1 in Central Florida and No. 34 small team in the state. The Peter G. Laughlin is the No. 1 small team in Sarasota and No. 49 in Florida. The Judie Berger Team was ranked as No. 2 small team in Sarasota and the Schemmel Soda Group is No. 1 medium team in Sarasota. In North Carolina, Marylin Wright was ranked No. 2 in the state and No. 1 in Asheville for sales volume. Josh Aldridge is No. 13 in North Carolina and the Linville Ridge Sales Team is No. 1 for small teams in the state and No. 1 in the High Country.
