Saat & Saat, operating under HRK Holding A.S., has completed the acquisition of Aydinli Hazir Giyim San. Tic. A.S., widely known as Aydinli Group, a leading Turkish apparel company and long-standing licensing partner of U.S. Polo Assn.
The acquisition marks a major expansion for Saat & Saat, which has built its reputation in the watch and accessories sector and is now entering the global apparel market at scale. By integrating Aydinli Group’s extensive retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations, the company aims to accelerate U.S. Polo Assn.’s growth. across several high-potential international markets.
Aydinli Group brings a strong regional footprint, with operations spanning Turkey, the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North Africa. Its network includes hundreds of branded stores, department store partnerships, and digital platforms, positioning the combined organization to support nearly 450 U.S. Polo Assn. retail locations across the region.
Industry executives say the deal is designed to deepen brand penetration and operational efficiency while supporting ambitious long-term growth targets. Leadership at U.S. Polo Assn. has indicated that the expanded partnership creates a pathway toward reaching $1 billion in regional retail sales over the coming years.
As part of the transaction, Ramazan Kaya, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Saat & Saat, has assumed the role of CEO of Aydinli Group. Kaya emphasized that the acquisition builds on nearly three decades of collaboration between Aydinli and U.S. Polo Assn., dating back to 1997, and positions the brand for a new phase of expansion supported by stronger operational integration.
Recent milestones in the partnership include the opening of the flagship U.S. Polo Assn. stores in Istanbul and the rollout of region-specific e-commerce platforms designed to enhance customer reach and engagement.
With this acquisition, Saat & Saat gains immediate scale in apparel manufacturing, distribution, and retail while reinforcing U.S. Polo Assn.’s presence in some of its fastest-growing international markets. The combined organization is expected to focus on expanding both physical retail and digital commerce to meet rising demand for lifestyle and casual wear across multiple regions.
U.S. Polo Assn. currently operates in approximately 190 countries, making it one of the most widely distributed sportswear brands worldwide.
