Ryan Kuhlman, also known as “The Flip Coach,” is the youngest person ever to hold the title of President of the National Real Estate Investors Association (REIA). He held this position from 2018 to 2023, and he has now launched a new mentor program for real estate investors in South Florida.
Kuhlman has over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry and was previously the President and Lead Mentor of The Broward Real Estate Investors Association (BREIA). He built the most successful real estate mentoring program in Florida, and possibly the country, before starting his own highly successful real estate company, Florida Homeowner Solutions, which focuses on wholesale and fix and flip projects.
The Flip Coach Mentor Program offers students the opportunity to learn firsthand from Kuhlman’s experience. They will be able to visit his office in Hollywood, Florida, and spend time with him as he runs his successful real estate company in real time. Students will also be able to visit fix and flip projects for a real hands-on education on how to buy and flip real estate for huge profits.
The program includes The Flip Coach booklets, which complement the video training with additional details, definitions of terms, and full cold calling scripts and outlines of how to approach motivated sellers. In addition, mentoring students will receive the Flop or Flip excel programs designed by The Flip Coach, which will help them evaluate properties correctly and make good offers on every property.
The Flip Coach’s mentoring program is unique in that he operates his own real estate company in Florida. This means that he doesn’t just teach things he did in the past, but he teaches what he does in the current market. He will be able to show his students how to build their business properly just as he did. The Flip Coach Mentor Program is the only one of its kind in South Florida.
