The Lutgert Companies have completed construction of the new Lutgert Professional Center, located just south of Pine Ridge Road at 4850 US 41 in Naples. DeAngelis Diamond served as general contractor of the three-story office building designed by David Corban Architects. Grady Minor is the project’s engineering firm; landscape architecture was designed by Jeffrey S. Curl of eMerge Design and installed by O’Donnell Landscaping. It is the first Class A office constructed on the North Trail in over a decade.
Showcasing natural light and expansive views of the coastal skyline, Lutgert Professional Center is a blend of wellness and technology. The energy-efficient construction includes continuous floor-to-ceiling Low-E glass to provide the maximum amount of daylight and views to benefit tenants’ health and well-being. Touch-free technology is installed throughout the building while the floor plans are optimized for single-tenant use, which would provide non-shared washrooms and corridors as well outdoor balconies that offer fresh air sanctuaries for building occupants.
Consistent with The Lutgert Companies’ core values, the building is to be LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified. This internationally recognized green certification verifies that the building is designed and constructed using strategies aimed at improving performance in energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.

The second-floor space may be subdivided into approximately 4,000-square-foot spaces for qualified users.
Lutgert Construction is providing lobby finishes, a 6,000 square foot tenant space build-out and second-floor corridor construction. The tenant space will complete in June with tenant occupancy scheduled for the first week of July.
