As members of Oregon and SW Washington communities, the diligent and talented individuals that comprise the Nick Shivers Real Estate Team have partnered with over 400 families to help them acquire and/or sell their primary homes or investment properties, providing a transparent and informed experience, personalized to each client. The Shivers Team sold over $20 million in real estate volume in September and making company history by breaking the $1 billion in real estate volume sold. These transactions helped raise over $300,000 for SellaHomeSaveaChild.org, a non-profit movement co-founded by Nick Shivers, resulting in almost $3 million raised.

In 2016, Nick Shivers co-founded Sell a House, Save a Child, to raise funds for children in impoverished areas. These funds provide safe water, daily food, educational opportunities, mentorship, safe housing, and spiritual guidance. Real estate agents partner by donating a small fraction of their transactional commissions to provide the resources and support that these children so desperately need to change the trajectory of their lives. It is such an honor and passion for those who are involved and especially for those who have traveled to the places to see the kids and programs and facilities for themselves. At this time, there are 151 active members in the real estate community who have worked together to raise over 2.5 million dollars. It is perhaps the most important thing we do through our wonderful profession of helping people invest and acquire homes.
