Unusual Machines announced the promotion of Stacy Wright to Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening the company’s executive leadership as it advances its growth strategy across consumer, enterprise, and defense markets.
In her new role, Wright will report directly to Allan Evans, Chief Executive Officer of Unusual Machines. She will oversee the company’s global revenue organization, with responsibility for commercial execution, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations across multiple business lines.
“Stacy has been a steady leader whose impact has been tangible,” Evans said in the company’s announcement. He credited her with helping expand core business units and guiding Unusual Machines’ evolution from a community-driven e-commerce platform into a diversified supplier serving enterprise and defense customers.
Wright highlighted her team’s work in driving operational growth, including investments in inventory and domestic manufacturing capabilities. She emphasized the company’s focus on becoming a dependable U.S. supplier of mission-critical drone components that meet NDAA compliance standards, an increasingly important requirement for government and defense contracts.
Her appointment follows several recent enterprise and defense program wins, including agreements supporting Strategic Logix, the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division, and Performance Drone Works. These partnerships signal Unusual Machines’ expanding presence in both commercial and government drone markets.
Unusual Machines manufactures and distributes drone components and complete systems through a portfolio of brands, including Fat Shark video goggles and the Rotor Riot e-commerce platform. The company is positioning itself as a Tier-1 supplier within the U.S. drone ecosystem as demand for domestically produced, compliant technology continues to rise.
Wright’s elevation to the C-suite underscores Unusual Machines’ broader strategic shift toward sustained revenue growth and deeper penetration across high-value market segments.
