vCom Solutions, a leader in delivering software and services for managing the lifecycle of IT spend from procure to pay, has expanded its leadership team in support of customer-focused excellence with the addition of Kirsten DiChiappari as Vice President of Customer Success and Giri Mulastanam as Director of Data Engineering & Analytics. The two will be instrumental in scaling vCom’s customer success initiatives and business intelligence offerings in support of the organization’s growing client base.

Both executives bring a wealth of expertise to their roles. Kirsten DiChiappari has spent more than 10 years empowering customer success at organizations in the retail, travel, leisure, hospitality, finance, and media sectors. Most recently, she served as Vice President of U.S. Customer Success at Upland BlueVenn. Kirsten will build, scale, and inspire our customer success teams charged with ensuring that vCom clients maximize their investment and yield significant ROI.

A technology delivery leader with extensive experience, Giri Mulastanam joins vCom after more than 20 years in software development and service delivery leadership at organizations, including Ansira, Epsilon, HCL Technologies, and Targetbase. With a successful track record in the design, development, and support of digital and data technologies, Giri will be focused on managing the architecture, data integration, and operations of the vCom data warehouse, and the creation and optimization of Business Intelligence tools and solutions to enable vCom clients to turn data into actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions for measurable growth.
