Crestcom International announces a new authorized licensee, Nina Hoffmann, President of Los Angeles Making Leaders, an authorized partner of Crestcom International. Ms. Hoffmann facilitates Crestcom’s award-winning and accredited leadership development programs for clients in the San Fernando Valley and Pasadena area.
With an undergraduate degree from USC and an MSBA from Boston University, Ms. Hoffmann has embraced lifelong learning throughout her 25-year career. She began her career as an officer in the United States Army, then worked in leadership and management positions for 22 years in the medical device industry and later in the insurance industry. Her experience in these leadership roles gave her valuable insight into coaching supervisors, managers and senior leaders.
When she is not working, Ms. Hoffmann is a competitive open-water swimmer, a member of her church choir, and enjoys painting.
When asked why she joined the Crestcom network, Ms. Hoffmann explained, “Leadership development is a passion that I want to be a part of.”
