DRB Group announced that construction has officially begun for Trinity Place at a groundbreaking ceremony. Trinity Place is a community of 52 single-family homesites located in Saint Cloud, Osceola County. The starting prices for these homes are in the upper $300s. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on Tuesday, December 5th.
DRB Homes’ division management attended the ceremony, including Adam Schott, Orlando Division President, Nicole Gerlin, VP of Finance, Jim Reinert, VP of Land Acquisition, Dennis Motsco, VP of Purchasing, and Jeff Friedrich, VP of Production. Other notable attendees were Ben Snyder of Hanover Land Company and Chassity Vega, CEO of the Greater Orlando Builders Association.
Adam Schott, DRB Homes – Orlando’s Division President stated, “While this ceremony marks the start of DRB Homes’ construction of Trinity Place, it is truly bigger than that. We expect to open several more communities in the Orlando area in the coming year. Given the warm welcome by so many industry people in the area, we are excited for the future.”
As per the construction schedule, sales for Trinity Place will commence in April 2024, and the first homes will be delivered in June 2024.
