The prestigious law firm of Kelley | Uustal has recently announced that it is adding attorney David Hammer to its exceptional team of trial lawyers. Hammer has decades of litigation experience and specializes in cases involving catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, complex product liability, and premises liability.
Throughout his career, Hammer has handled over 2,500 cases and achieved numerous victories, including multi-million dollar settlements. Notably, he secured a multimillion-dollar settlement for an infant who suffered a brain injury in an automobile accident, and obtained confidential settlements against a worldwide corporate defendant and a school board and teacher for severe injuries and the abuse of special needs children, respectively.

Hammer has received the highest rating possible (AV) from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is an exclusive group of trial lawyers who have won million-dollar and multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements.

He is also a member of the American Bar Association and Florida Bar Associations. Hammer earned his juris doctor degree from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law, located in Davie, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies at both Nova Southeastern and the University of Florida.
