Ahmed El Dakroury: Thank you for having me! Success in 2025 will be about adaptability and innovation. The market is becoming increasingly data-driven, and agents will need to leverage technology to stay competitive. At the same time, personal connections will remain critical. Agents who balance tech-based strategies with strong client relationships will thrive.

Interviewer: Dubai’s real estate market is always evolving. What trends should agents prepare for in 2025?

Ahmed El Dakroury: Great question. For the coming year in Dubai, we will witness a continuation in the transaction volume of off-plan properties. Investors now have access to massive number of resources to make an informed decision while purchasing a property. Real Estate Sales have now involved from ‘investors finding the information they need’ to ‘investors looking for the right agent to make the purchase move with them’. Real Estate Agents must start leveraging technology to make create a smooth and transparent transition for the investor with their next property purchase.

Interviewer: How does your coaching prepare agents for these trends?

Ahmed El Dakroury: Our coaching at Alpha Dominion stands out from the traditional due to various reasons:
1. We focus on building trust between the agents and their prospects
2. We provide our trained agents with the tools they require to element emotion guessing while qualifying and use a data-driven solutions to increase their probability to succeed.
3. We ease the search for the right information and we help them prepare them in an easy and digestible PDF file so they can present it to their clients

Interviewer: What skills will be most valuable for real estate agents in 2025?

Ahmed El Dakroury: Flexibility, digital fluency, and emotional intelligence will be paramount. Agents need to adapt to market changes quickly, use tools like CRMs and social media platforms effectively, and connect with clients on a personal level. Negotiation skills will also remain crucial, especially in high-stakes deals.

Automation. And not just any automation, but Personalized Automation. The agents that succeed and excel in the industry have developed a great ability to pay attention to details and remember what is important to their clients. As it takes years to develop those skills, at Alpha Dominion, we equip the agents with the tools they need so they can achieve the same results from the get-go.

Interviewer: You’ve trained over 100 agents. Can you share a success story that reflects the potential of your coaching?

Ahmed El Dakroury: Absolutely. One of my agents in Dubai started as a complete beginner, struggling to close deals. After three months of focused coaching, they closed a multimillion-dirham transaction. The turning point was mastering lead qualification and using social media to connect with HNWIs. It’s a great example of how the right strategies can transform a career.

Absolutely. We have recently trained a Real Estate agent that closed approximately 125 million dirhams worth of Real Estate in his 2nd year of joining the Real Estate Sales industry and now we are working with him to position him with the High-net-worth-individuals of Dubai. That is not all, we train other agents that close 2-3 deals within their 2nd month of taking our training. Our simplest commitment is that the agent can close 1 deal per month after taking our training.

Interviewer: Looking ahead, what role will technology play in real estate sales?

Ahmed El Dakroury: Technology will be a game-changer in 2025. Virtual property tours, AI-driven lead generation, and blockchain for secure transactions are already making waves. Agents who embrace these tools will gain a significant advantage. However, tech is a tool—not a substitute for human connection. That balance will be the key.

Interviewer: What advice do you have for agents looking to achieve success in 2025?

Ahmed El Dakroury: Start with a strong foundation. Invest in your personal and professional development, stay informed about market trends, and never underestimate the power of networking. And, of course, don’t be afraid to seek guidance from a coach or mentor. The right advice can save you years of trial and error.

Interviewer: What’s next for you and your coaching programs?

Ahmed El Dakroury: I’m launching a series of workshops focused on preparing agents for 2025 and beyond. These will cover advanced sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and navigating new market trends. I’m also working on a book that compiles my strategies and insights, which I’m excited to share.

Interviewer: Thank you, Ahmed, for sharing your expertise. It’s clear why you’re regarded as Dubai’s top real estate coach.

Ahmed El Dakroury: Thank you! It’s been a pleasure. I’m excited to help more agents achieve their goals and navigate the future of real estate with confidence.
